Our Fremont colocation facilities and our Network Operations Center (NOC) are staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Our skilled staff is always available to assist you, whether in-person during your visit to our facility, or by phone or email.

Our front desk staff grants entry to the data center only for authorized personnel; each person must bring a government-issued photo ID for each visit. A new photo is taken each time someone visits.
