Dear CSTserver customers,

Greetings!

To ensure the continuous, stable, and efficient operation of servers in our Silicon Valley data center, we plan to upgrade the power systems of our cabinets in batches. To minimize the impact on you, we offer the following two options:

Option 1: If you're okay with our upgrade schedule, please hang tight. We'll add 7 extra days to the usage period for all affected servers after the upgrade is done.

Option 2: If waiting isn't an option for you, we can set up a new server in a different cabinet. You can back up your data to the new server. After that, we'll sync the expiration dates of both servers to ensure seamless service.

Maintenance Schedule, There will be a continuous power outage during this maintenance period.

Local Data Center Time: August 25, 2024, 12:00 PM - August 28, 2024, 10:00 PM

Beijing Time: August 26, 2024, 3:00 AM - August 29, 2024, 13:00 PM

Important Notes: During the maintenance period, there will be a continuous power outage for the cabinets. To better ensure the safety of your data, we recommend backing up critical data and shutting down your servers in advance.
